Who we are

These terms govern use of the Client Acquisition SaaS product ("the Service"), operated by Abstracten ("we", "us"), based in the Netherlands. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@abstractglitch.com.

What the Service does

The Service helps solo B2B service sellers describe their ideal client, find matching prospects through a licensed data provider, and draft personalized outreach content, interactive calculators, and follow-up sequences with the help of AI. Every email or message the Service helps produce is a draft: nothing is sent or published without your own explicit review and approval of its content. A nurture sequence you approve is then sent automatically, one step at a time on its stated delay, to leads who opt in after that approval — through your own connected mailbox, not a third party. The Service does not send anything in bulk, and never generates or sends content that has not been reviewed and approved by you first.

Your responsibilities

• You must be legally authorized to represent the business on whose behalf you use the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your own outreach (who you contact, what you send, and how) complies with the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam, marketing, and data protection law in your and your recipients' jurisdictions. The Service surfaces compliance-relevant prompts (such as recipient region and legal basis) as an aid to your own review — it does not determine whether your outreach is lawful, and using it does not transfer that responsibility to us.
• You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email unrelated to genuine, targeted B2B outreach, to harass anyone, or to violate the terms of any third-party service the Service connects to on your behalf (including your email provider and our licensed data provider).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Data sources and third-party services

Prospect data is sourced from a licensed third-party provider under that provider's own terms; you may not use the Service to circumvent those terms (for example, by bulk-exporting or reselling prospect data outside the Service). The Service also relies on other third-party providers to operate — for sending email through your own connected mailbox, hosting, and AI drafting assistance. We are not responsible for outages or changes on the part of those providers.

No guarantee of results

The Service assists with finding prospects and drafting content; it does not guarantee replies, meetings, sales, or any other business outcome, and does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of third-party prospect data.

Account and data deletion

You may delete your account's product data at any time from within the Service. Some records (such as unsubscribe/suppression markers) are retained even after deletion specifically so a suppressed contact is never re-contacted — see our privacy notice for detail on what's retained and why.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

The paid plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from within the Service; see our refunds & cancellation policy for how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstracten is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including business losses, lost prospects, or third-party claims arising from your own outreach content or conduct.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms, including misuse of licensed prospect data or use of the Service for unlawful outreach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
